Christmas Ordering Info & Free Shipping Code

It is not yet too late to place an order in time for Christmas delivery from UKSoccershop. We will continue to ship orders right up until the very last minute, so if you act fast, you can still receive delivery before Christmas.

You should order by midnight, Sunday 21st December to allow us to ship your order on Monday for Christmas delivery. However, we will process orders on a first come first serve basis so the sooner you can complete your order the better.

In addition, we are running a free shipping weekend on all orders over £40. The voucher code is LASTMINUTE and the expiry date is 11.59pm on Sunday, 21st December.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE DELIVERED BY CHRISTMAS?

We keep the majority of non-printed items in stock, ready for immediate dispatch. Given that we have got approximately 10,000 SKUs, it is difficult to provide exact details of what is in stock for immediate delivery and which items need a couple of days to be transferred from our warehouse.

However, in general, if you are ordering for a major club or international team, it will be in stock and can be dispatched immediately in time for Christmas. This is not to say that some of the more obscure teams can not ship immediately, but it is best to check with us if you want to be sure.

HOW CAN I SPEED UP THE SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER?

We will be processing orders as soon as we receive them, but it’s fair to say we are going to be run off our feet. With that in mind, the more you can do to help us, the better.

For example, if you have a preference for a shirt you would like, but have a couple of alternatives if the original one cannot go out immediately, it would be great if you could note this down in the order comments box as you place your order. You could write it in the following format.

“If my first choice shirt is not available, please send the following alternatives in time for Christmas”:

1. Barcelona home shirt (size medium)
2. Barcelona away shirt (size large)
etc

CAN PRINTED SHIRTS BE DELIVERED IN TIME?

It’s not impossible, but please be realistic. We will be printing shirts on a first come first serve basis, which means we will prioritise existing orders from customers waiting for custom name shirts before moving onto new orders.

New orders for custom name shirts can no longer be delivered in time for Christmas, but if you are wanting a popular player such as Torres, Ronaldo, Messi, Gerrard, Fabregas, etc, it is still possible we can get this done.

Of course, if you are not overly concerned if the order doesn’t quite make it in time for Christmas, why not take advantage of our free shipping offer this weekend to save yourself some money.

HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY ORDER?

We are working to fulfil every possible order in time for Christmas. If it is possible to get your order to you in time for Christmas, we will do it. On a small % of orders, we are let down by external manufacturers or postal services, beyond our control. However, we will do everything in our power to avoid these issues.

As a result of us shifting our resources to ensure that your order is dispatched, we may experience delays in replying to your emails, so please do not panic over this.
